Last week we were happy to be able to attend a shared ownership event at Belper Leisure Centre providing mortgage advice for attendees who were interested in the new housing development at Derwent St in Belper.
Local shared ownership company Nottingham City Housing Association (NCHA) set up the event so that those people who were interested in the development could get more information on the properties themselves and have a chat with our mortgage advisers Daniel & Ryan to get a brief overview about how a shared ownership mortgage works.
It was a highly successful event – the first Face to Face event of this type that we have been able to attend since the beginning of 2020! It was great to get back to meeting and greeting potential clients and to meeting the NCHA Sales Team in person after speaking to them so much on the phone and via email over the last 2 years!
If shared ownership is something you would like to discuss in more detail then please get in touch and we can explain a little more to you about how shared ownership mortgages work, what deposit you may require and how to be prepared in advance so that you can reserve your favourite plot once reservations can be taken on a new building development.
